Cost

The cost at each site for After school is $40 per week per child for YMCA members and $50 per weel for non-YMCA members.

Gas City morning care only is $25 for members and $30 for non-members.

Gas City Before and After is $60 for members and $75 for non-members.

Payments

Payments are due the Friday before your child is to attend. If you are more than 2 weeks behind, you will be called to pick up your child, and they will not be allowed to return until the bill is reconciled.

CCDF

We gladly accept CCDF vouchers at our downtown facility. However, in order for us to be paid, you must swipe your cards. In addition, for us to recieve a full payment, your child needs to be in attendance for 10 hours a week. If they are here for less than 10 hours, we only receive half payment. If your child is here for less than 10 hours, you, as the guardian, will be responsible for the difference. (Unfortunately, we are unable to offer CCDF at our satellite sites at this time.)

Parents/guardians MUST keep their swipes up to date.

Payment Procedures and Policies

Program Fees

Payment is due no later than Monday of the week attending. You can pay with cash, check, or credit card at the Y, by credit card over the phone, or with a check at the site.

Delinquent Accounts

When payments on an account fall a week behind, the parent/guardian will be notified that their child cannot return to the program. Your child may return when the account is brought current, or payment arrangements are made. If the parent/guardian has been notified of the delinquent account and sends their child to the program anyways, staff will call to have the child picked up.

Financial Assistance

We believe no one should be turned away due to inability to pay. The YMCA of Grant County is a non-profit organization committed to strengthening the foundations of our community, one child at a time. Our Annual Campaign is a Y imitative that provides scholarships for programs and memberships to children and families in need. Those families unable to pay the full cost of participations (and aren't already receiving CDDF funds) are encouraged to apply. Please call the Y or email the Director of Youth Development at peggyd@grantcountyymca.org. Previous year's tax returns are required to recieve a scholarship up to 25%.
